- Geyser All Risks – R25,000
- Loss of Rent until Tenanted
- Leak Detection & Subsequent Water Loss -R15,000
- Theft of External Fixtures and Fittings – R50,000
- Watchmen’s Fee following an Insured Peril – R15,000
- Upgrade of Automatic Sprinkler Installations to comply with Legal Requirements following an Insured Event
